Consent & Communications
Our forms ask for your consent in two distinct places, and they mean two distinct things. This page explains both in plain language — what you are agreeing to, what you are not, and how to change your mind. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
Service communications — responding to you
When you submit a consultation or assessment request, you consent to us processing your details — including any photos, which are health data — to review your case and reply. On this basis we contact you about your enquiry: your preliminary review, your plan and quote, follow-up questions from the medical team, and, if you book, everything connected to your treatment and aftercare. These are service messages, not marketing: they exist because you asked us something, and they stop when your enquiry or care is complete.
Marketing communications — only if you opt in
Separately, and only if you tick the optional marketing checkbox, you consent to receive marketing from BlueMagic Group Clinic: educational content about treatments, clinic news and occasional offers. Leaving that box unticked never affects your enquiry, your quote or your care in any way. We do not pre-tick it, and we do not treat a consultation request as permission to market to you.
The channels we use
- Email — for your written plan, quote, documents and (if opted in) marketing.
- Phone — when a conversation is genuinely faster, at reasonable hours for your timezone.
- WhatsApp — if you selected it as a preference; many patients find it the most convenient channel for coordination and photo check-ins.
We use the channels you indicated, for the purposes you consented to. We do not add you to groups, share your number with third parties for their marketing, or contact you through channels you did not provide.
Withdrawing consent — any time, no friction
You can withdraw marketing consent whenever you like: click unsubscribe in any marketing email, reply "stop" to a marketing message, or email enquiries@bluemagiclinic.com. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect service communications about an active enquiry or ongoing care — those you can also end at any time simply by telling us to close your enquiry. Withdrawing consent never affects the medical care or pricing you are offered.
Consent records and your rights
We record what you consented to and when, so both sides always know where things stand. Your broader rights over your data — access, correction, deletion and the rest — are described in the privacy policy and apply fully to communication data. Questions about any of it: enquiries@bluemagiclinic.com.
